Candidate registration and company requests are expressions of interest. They do not create employment, an agency relationship, a placement, an appointment or a guarantee of work or supply. Scope, credentials, terms and authority must be agreed separately.

WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID

For individuals, the learning, the law book and the diary and inspection companion are free; no subscription is sold through this website and nothing you do in the workspace creates a charge. Statutory cover and drill and blast engineering are paid for by the operator under a written engagement, agreed before any work starts; prices are quoted per engagement.

Learning accounts are set up by a person on request. Business details for engagements are given in the engagement letter and, where set, in the footer of this site.

Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, protect your login and only upload material you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to obtain another user’s records or bulk extract protected question banks.
