You register, we call
Tell us what you hold and when you are available. A person reads it and calls you, usually within one business day.

We propose you, you decide
When an operator needs cover that fits you, we put you forward with your say-so. You choose which engagements to take.

PQM employs you
On an engagement you are PQM's employee, casual or fixed-term as agreed, paid PAYG with superannuation and covered by PQM's workers' compensation insurance as the employer. You are not a subcontractor and you do not need a company; if you would rather contract through your own company, say so and we will talk it through.

No lock-in
No exclusivity and nothing to sign today. Your free learning and the diary and inspection companion stay free whether or not you ever take an engagement.
ON AN ENGAGEMENT, IN WRITING BEFORE YOU START
- Your rate, any loading and the roster. What PQM charges the operator is separate from your pay and is PQM's business, not a deduction from it.
- Travel, flights, camp and medicals: who arranges and pays for each, written into the offer.
- The position, the site, the dates and who you report to.
- Insurance: as PQM's employee you are covered by PQM's workers' compensation insurance; professional indemnity for the position is discussed per engagement.
