INFORMATION WE HANDLE
What you choose to provide.
Enquiry forms collect your contact details, role interests, qualification/experience summary, availability and the scope you submit. Do not upload identity documents, financial details or medical records through these forms.
The signed-in workspace stores study progress, practice attempts, diary and inspection records, action details and photos that you choose to save. Temporary drafts may also remain on your device.
PURPOSE & ACCESS
Used to provide the service.
Enquiries are available to authorised PQM administrators for review and response. They are not a public directory and are not added to a marketing list. Any proposed disclosure to a potential client or contractor must be agreed separately.
Your workspace records are scoped to your account. Use your employer’s approved systems for information that must be shared, restricted or retained under a site policy.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Where processing occurs.
PQM uses Supabase for account authentication and the hosted Sites platform for the website, structured records and image storage. Service providers may process information outside Australia. Do not assume this service provides Australian-only storage or a particular certification.
Security controls include encrypted connections, account access checks and private record APIs. No system can be promised risk-free.
SECURITY & RETENTION
Manage what you submit.
A hashed network address and request identifier help prevent abusive or repeated enquiries. Form-abuse counters are removed after their short control window. Enquiries, review history and account records remain until reviewed for deletion or retention by PQM; no universal statutory retention period is promised.
Use the learning-access enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, quoting your submission reference where available. Do not include sensitive evidence until a suitable channel is arranged. PQM must establish its formal privacy contact and retention schedule before a wider commercial release.
